How to upgrade POE NVR?

First of all, send your current version to the support for upgrade file. 

Way 1   

  1. format the USB flash drive to FAT 32
  2. copy the "upgrade file" into U-Disk's root directory.
  3. Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of the NVR / DVR
  4. Right click screen---Main menu---Advanced---Upgrade

 

Way 2   

  1. Please download DeviceManage tool
  1. Unzip the tool and open it (connect your NVR to internet)
